I’m Olga Konovalova — career coach, Career Evolution Strategist and founder of Inner Fire.
My international career spans Quality Assurance, R&D Quality Management and global specification management across FMCG and cocoa trading, including Mondelez/Kraft, Danone, Refresco and Upfield. I bring that systems thinking, careful analysis and warmth to career mentoring for international women in the Netherlands.
Beyond my own practice, I mentor women in the Women in Food & Agriculture (WFA) initiative and am an active member of Global Woman Club and PWN Brussels — communities that keep me close to the real career questions international women face today.
